Very reasonable price too considering the level of service involved. He also had a good chat on the follow up call with his own personal opinion prioritising individual issues. Jake spotted issues with the property that I had not spotted when viewing and was able to explain the impact that these issues could have in the future. The report was over 80 pages long with thorough detail and images to show the issues in detail. I was also able to have an aftercare conversation with Jake where he was able to provide further explanation of some of the issues. Great service and will use CharterHouse Surveyors again in the future.
